How it works...
We design and create bespoke QR code stickers for you to place in your managed properties. Then all tenants need to do is scan the QR code using their mobile device which will then take them directly to the ActiveRepair maintenance form designed for your office.

From here they can easily fill out an interactive form with images and descriptions if necessary in just a few minutes. Once the form has been completed a copy will be sent to their email and also your nominated email of choice with a downloadable pdf version attached.

If you are an SME Professional property software client, the report is automatically populated in your CRM system, meaning no additional entries are required. Again all reports are date stamped with the original report pdf attached making sure you're protected against any unscrupulous agents making false claims about report dates.
This not only enables you to gather more information than via a phone call, but also takes less time, and helps you to keep track of all your maintenance reports.
